After 15 years of driving my Toyota Tundra I decided it was time to get a new truck. This time I decided to go used - no need to pay full retail. So I started with Carmax and though getting our BMW 128i xDrive from them was decent, the experience with getting a truck, due to the sales rep, was not too cool. So I said goodbye. A buddy of mine had recently had a couple great experiences with Muscle Motors so I stopped by and told them what I was looking for - a Ram 1500 Laramie Diesel up to 3 years old with 20,000 miles or less. I also want plenty of bells and a few whistles. It took about 10 days and they found the perfect truck at auction. After showing me some photos and getting my approval they bought it. I was excited to say the least. But then the bad news came... they had the truck inspected and it was determined that there was apparent frame damage that has been repaired. This was not on the Carfax and so a dispute began. They could have swept this under the rug. I would have never know. But rather than sell me a truck with "potential" damage they said no and returned the truck to the auction company. So now I wait for them to find my new ride. At least now I know that someone has my back! It is far too rare that you find a business that will put your interest above their own profits. My hat is off to the team at Muscle Motors who found exactly what I wanted but refused to pass it on to me because they felt it would not be right. I can not wait to see what they find next!!

All I can say is that this business is just amazing- beyond words. I bought my Subaru STI 2 weeks ago. I can say, that this was the best purchase I’ve ever made. Not only do I love the car, but the price and customer service, too. It was the least-pressured purchase I’ve ever made and everyone there knows their stuff.

I didnt buy a car, but my experience was great with Travis and this dealership. No pressure to buy, i know my cars and knew what I wanted. We just couldnt make a deal work, however I will continue to check their website, and give then a chance if another vehicle I like comes across their lot.

I walked into Muscle Motors this morning, and the showroom was just beautiful! As soon as I had a question, or needed help with anything, a nice salesman would help me. They were not too pushy or anything. They had great cars, great service and a great price for all that was done on their modified vehicles! They were very cooperative and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a high end used car!

I have to say... i have seriously been so impressed with this place. I keep seeing the reviews about how you drive off the lot and they don't care.. this couldn't be anymore wrong. I bought my car and drove off the lot and my check engine light when on. They took all the right steps to help us out. They were in contact with us every part of the way and we got a loaner car in the meantime. Matt has gone over and beyond with helping us out. I highly recommend coming here. There is also zero pressure buying. Matt was amazing at just showing us numbers first before we committed to see if we would even want to buy. This was by far the easiest car buying process i have ever been through. *i wanted to update my review and just say how thankful i am . Travis has helped us out far more than we expected because Matt no longer works here. Next time we buy a car we will definitely be going through Travis and this place more often! *

Stopped by this dealership in search of something awd, preferably an STI or an Evo. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, we were almost immediately greeted by Thomas. I told him exactly what we needed and he was of great help. Of all the salesmen I've met here (Gil and now Thomas), they have not once been pushy. Which is a plus because every other dealership I've been to it felt like they just wanted money. Thomas walked us around the dealership and showed us all the vehicles in their inventory. We found an STI we liked and we were able to test drive it, talk among ourselves, and ask silly questions without once being judged or pushed to purchase. We ended up purchasing this car and met with Travis, one of the managers at Muscle Motors, and he was also a HUGE help! Prices were pretty fair considering the type of vehicles at this dealership. Overall we had a great experience here and are very happy with the purchase of our new vehicle. SHOUTOUT TO TRAVIS, THOMAS, GIL, AND AUSTIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

Austin/Travis worked their magic once again (4th purchase) and got me into another sports car. I have been purchasing my vehicles from Muscle Motors for a few years now and every time I go in I get a 5 star service across the board. Austin - Listened to every word/want I was looking for in another car and he was very responsive with his findings. Probably the best car buying experience I've had Austin was amazing there is no pressure not to mention the amazing 7 year 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty Would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys Even after the sale I noticed a few little minor things that I was not happy with and the took it right to the shop and Have them all fix no cost to me

Thank you for such a positive experience with customer service that is few and far between these days! We were really impressed with Cane and his upbeat energy and attitude. I was on a mission to find myself an Audi A4 2.0T Quattro a few weeks back. I needed a fuel saver since I pretty much work out of my car along with some power and AWD. After spending most of my Sunday feeling disappointed and as though that would not happen, I made one more stop which happened to be Muscle Motors Auto Sales in South Reno. Once we took the car for a test drive, we knew we would be taking it home! The car is in excellent shape for a killer price. Seeing it was a Sunday, we worked with several of the newer team members which made our process a bit longer. The senior team and manager were consistent about being accessible via phone to help their team take good care of us. Even though the process was longer than I would have preferred, they never gave us less than superior customer service! The following day we found out that some further paperwork needed to be completed and I had an appointment to get the alignment taken care of. The manager Austin was amazing to go out of his way and offered to bring the paperwork to us to make it convenient with our crazy work schedules. Upon bringing my car in for alignment, it was found that the tires were wearing unevenly creating a minor issue. Without hesitation they put all new all season tires on my car at no extra cost to me! I'm exceptionally happy with the service and care from start to finish! We will continue to recommend our close family and friends to the team at Muscle Motors Auto Sales!

Bought my 05 SRT-10 here a little over 2 years ago. Very easy to work with and they didn't try to put me into something I couldn't afford. I stopped in a couple weeks ago to take a look at something and had a nice time shopping around. Lots of cool cars. Probably get my next one here.

I just have to say that Austin went above and beyond to help me buy a car and do the financing and figure out my trade in situation even though it was less than ideal. He was superb from start from finish and answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right car that fit my needs and not just the one that I had originally set my eyes on! Come to find out there was a Mercedes there that I liked even more than the Lexus I wanted when I first went in. I bought a car from them in march, devin, austin, and travis helped me throughout the whole way. I am an out of state buyer from california and when i took the car home 3 days later the battery was no good but they took care of it and ordered one to my local parts store. Then to find out the catalytic converters were bad so i couldnt smog and register the car. For a while I couldn’t get a hold of the right people so i was beginning to get frustrated as i left messages and never recieved a call back. Until I finally managed to call at the right time. Then Travis took care of it and had their shop replace the catalytic converters for me at no cost even though i purchased the car “as-is”. This dealership really went out of their way to make sure i was satisfied. Even though the cats were bad at first the car hasnt given me any issues 7000 miles later. Im happy with the car i purchased and their wonderful service. I’d buy from them again.
